Hello Guru's,
I need some advice on visa stamping in bombay:
I came to US in March 2000 on H1 from company A and changed to company B in Nov'02 ,
to date i'm with company B and they are doing my GC process my 6yrs visa expires in
March 2006.
I'm planning to go to India,this will be my first visit back home after comming to this
country due to GC and job whirlpool.
Just wanted to check whether there will be any problem in visa stamping, because on my
passport i never had visa stamped from company B and also due to less
number of months left on my visa.
Is my case of visa stamping or revalidation, and what is the total fee cost.
Also what documents are reqd. to be peresented? do they ask for w-2's( because i was reading in some cases
they ask for W2 and in some it was salary?
it would be great if someone can advice/help me with my problem.
