Visa Stamping from Mexico - consulate at Cd.Juarez.. please help!

Has anyone been to Cd.Juarez for their Visa Stamping?? I have seen many threads about stamping done from Tijuana, Mexico, but couldn't find anything about Cd.Juarez . I was wondering if anyone would share their experience about getting their stamping done at this consulate.

The last time I went to India I got my H4 ( h1 - to- h4) stamped on my passport. After returning, I have transfered H4 - H1 and then moved to a new company H1-H1. I need this H1 stamped on my passport now, for which I am planning to go to Cd.Juarez Mexico.

What problems should I be aware of ? and what precautions do I have to take? Would someone please share you r experiences at this consulate??
