Hi,

My H1B visa expired in my passport. I am planning to go to canada for
stamping. I have the following questions.
1) How easy it is to get Canada Visa with expired US visa?
2) What are the possible reasons for rejection of H1B visa in Canada?
3) If rejected, do I have to travel to India or will I get a temporary visa
to come to US?

Thanks in advance.

A1: Everyone's mileage will vary. No one can predict how your consulate experience will turn out to be.
A2: "Apply in your country of citizenship" may be one reason. Although it is not likely. More likely is a scenario where you are given 212(g).
A3: If the visa is rejected, you will have no recourse to a temporary US visa.
