My passport is stamped (within US) based on an approval notice which was beyond (1.5 yrs apprx) my 6th yrs ending date.
Recently, I got my 7th yr extn approved.
Now, am planning for an India trip for my marrage.
So, I am thinking of using my currently stamped visa for the visit insteated of going to the US consulate in India for re-stamping kind of stuffs. Well, I need to get the H4 for spouse on the 7th yr approved notice.
Do you guys see any risks on this.
