Visa Stamp with the new company???

I recently changed my employer. But my passport has stamping with my old company which is valid until end of 2003.
If i go back to india and come to USA should i be having Visa stamp with my new company or will it be okay if i can just carry on my new H1-B approval notice, pay checks and other documents of new company. please let me know. I heard i dont have to go for visa stamping with the new company as long as i come back to USA within expiration of my old company's visa validity.

I-94 date

make sure you get I-94 upto expiry date of your new approval notice.

You can come back with the old employer Visa stamp before end of 2003, at POE you have to show your new H1B approval notice and get I-94 till the validity of new H1. You can keep, recent pay stubs, employer letter with you, show only if asked.
