Visa Stamp in Ottawa

I have a March 26th appointment in Ottawa for visa stamp. This is my first time, as since I've moved to US never went back home( Peru) (2001).
Went from Turist visa, to F-1 student visa (Got US degree), OPT, and H-1b status. Same company. I have the bellow inquires:
1- Do I need a Lawyer to assist me in this process?
2- Do you think I would get rejected because have not went back home?
3- What kind of information does the employer letter needs to have? Any format you can share with me.
4- Any advise????

1- Do I need a Lawyer to assist me in this process? No. But you must take all the papers from your attorney.2- Do you think I would get rejected because have not went back home? Not because of you not went back home, your visa will not get rejected. But very many other reasons visa may get rejected.3- What kind of information does the employer letter needs to have? Any format you can share with me. Companys description and their projects, your job, job description, where youare going to work for them etc.4- Any advise???? browse this forum, tons of information available
