Visa Revalidation

Is it possible to get the 7th year extension revalidated here in the US, I mean stamped on the passport without having to make a trip to India...

Immigration gurus, please share ur thoughts...

Yes it is possible as long as you already had a H-1B visa stamped in your passport even if it is for a different company. If the stamping in the passport is expired it cannot be older than a year.
