Visa Revalidation

Hello,

I recently changed my employer on Oct 2003 and received a new I-797 approval which expires in Feb 2006.
The visa stamp on my passport expires in Jan 2005 but has the name of my former exployer. I don't know if my former employer has cancelled the visa.

I am planning to make a short trip to india in April 2004 . Do I need to get a visa stamp or will I able to reenter the US with my old visa stamp and new I-797 approval?

You cannot get a new stamp until July 2004, but you can enter US back with old company unexpired stamp and new I797 approval.
