I have question on the CURRENT travel outside the country for NIV.
I have a H1B visa stamp on my pasport till June 2006 from my previous employer.
Do I need to get my visa revalidated to my current employer for entering the US OR the current visa stamp along with the H1B approval notice of my current employer is sufficient?
