Do we need to send only I-797 or both I-797 & I-129 for visa revalidation.

Pl help

I-797, form DS-156, form DS-157, fees, passport with valid I-94, photograph and employer letter. Write in the cover letter what you have attached. Keep the copy of forms and each document you send. Keep the I-94 copy front and back, H1 approval and passports pages copy with you. Send it through FedEx
**I-129and copy of LCA not needed for visa revalidation in US from DOS
