Visa revalidation in New Delhi US Embassy

Hi,
I enetered in the US on L1 B visa and have got 3 L1 B visa stamps in my passport and recently I have got L1 B changed to L1A. If I did go to visa stamp in New Delhi, would I be able to use Drop box ?

Also my spouse i s on L2 visa and working . Whether a letter for my spouse company is required or not?

Please clarify

you cannot use drop box try in ttsvisas.com).
Yes you need a letter from your employer for spouse. L2 and working in EAD? no info required from spouse's Employer
