Visa Revalidation in India with 7th year extension

Hi all:

I'm planning to visit India during April/May this year and My 7th year Visa is expiring in June. My visa stamped in my passport expired in june 2004. Is it possible to get it stamped in India within last 60 days of the current visa expiry date. It looks like it takes about 12-14 weeks to revalidate within USA. Please hlep me how to proceed.
