Visa Revalidation for 2 Valid H1-B (current and renewed)

I have two valid H1 for the same company ( Valid H1-B Until Dec 2005 and Renewed H1-B Visa from Dec 2005 until Dec 2006.) I am visiting India on August 2005 and will return to US after 3 weeks. I do not have my PP stamped with any of the above valid H1. Please advise for which H1 approval I should apply for my Visa revalidation for PP stamped at Consulate India.

------------- you dont have two VISA you have H1 approval notice (Visa is stamp in the passport)

-------------- get the H1 visa stamp based on approval that is valid till 2006. many US consulates in India take about 2 months, if you have appointment booked in advance then only possible in your 3 weeks stay in India.
** how did you enter US if you dont have H1 visa stamp? it seems you changed status from other Visa status to H1 in US.

Thanks for your reply.

Yes I have two H1. I entered in US in year 2001 with a valid stamped Visa on PP valid until Sept 2003. After that I changed the company on new H1 which is Valid until Dec 2005 and now have a renwal until Dec 2006.

Visiting India first time after coming to US and have a appointment also at consulate.

Amit & Monica, get your H1 stamp based on approval notice that is valid 2006

All,

Although I got one response on my question, however I am still looking forward for some more responses.

Please advise.

Thanks

you don't have a valid visa as the stamp in 2001 must have expired by now...

what you have is an H1 extension of the original visa and a new H1 transfer from a new company...

which company do you actually work for... use the h1 approval for that company...
if the renewal was from the old company that you don't work for, don't use that as you could get into trouble... unless you work for both companies at the same time with pay stubs to prove it, then you can use the renewal...
