Visa Revalidation Fees/DS -157 Question

Hi,
I would like to send our passports for Visa Revalidation(myself and my wife). Can I pay $300 for both visa(I think each visa fee is $100 +$50) in one demand draft or money order or do I have to pay individually?

I need some input about DS-157 forms column number#3. As our native language font is not available (I am Indian citizen with Hindi Mother tongue). Can I print rest of the details and later fill this column with Ink pen in this column? Your advice is appreciated on this.

At last, my visa has been expired since 06/30/03, I am planning to send it in a day or two. I guess I should be fine, because SL office will receive this prior to end of this week. Does any one has any experience on this, because still it will take to process 8weeks for issuing visa, till the time this visa expiry limit will go beyond 1yr.

I have written all of the form DS157 with ink rather printing. I have sent it in May so I dont know yet if all of my docs are proper for them to revalidate.And I have written my name in Hindi on this form .

As for ur last Q, I am in same situation as u where my visa expired on June 12 2003 and I have sent on May 18 2004. So I am also keeping my fingers crossed.

------ better send two diffrent sets of Fees, and make the pakage diffrent with each passport( make a copy of each pakage and keep the copy of passports and the Forms, checks and cover letter that you submit)

** many do the mistake with Fedex return envelope address it has to be:
FROM: your Name your address with phone #

TO :
your name , your address
** for fedex use the credit card that is valid for 5-6 months

Intstruction on DOS site says one can send one consolidated check/mo payment for all family members.

I sent it with one payment check and in one package in APRIL and I got it last week. No problemo. :)

For DS-156
Q-37. Are any of the following....
Should I mention 'Wife' and her status(H4) on my form and
'Husband' and 'Working on approved H1' on her form?

For DS-157
Q-17. Lis of all educational institution....
Should I start from 10th grade?
Under 'Course of Study' column should I mention
'10th Grade(Secondary)'
'12th Grade(H.Secondary)'
'B.Sc.' ..... etc
I mean to say do I have to mention the branch of studies
or above is sufficient. Please clerify.
Separate question....
In money order is it required to mention all the addresses( 'To' and 'From' )

156-37, Absolutely

157-17
no harm is going all the way upto 1st grade (that's what I always do)
Usually it would be same school(s) for a similar group of education, (1-4), (5-7), (8-..), and you can mention in the same blocks.

B.Sc. is fine enough.
