On the visa revalidation page it says to send :
'H and L applicants must submit a comprehensive letter from the principal alien’s employer identifying the applicant and describing in detail the nature and function of the applicant’s position. The letter must be on the letterhead of the current employer, must bear an original signature from an authorized company representative, and must be addressed to the Visa Office, Department of State. '
Would anyone have a template of this letter - my manager is asking me to write it myself and so I would appreciate if anyone could tell me what all shd be included in it esp. how detailed should the nature/function part of the applicant's position be - is 1 or 2 lines enough or do they need it to be more.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
