Hi,

Would appreciate if you could answer a couple of questions:

1) Should be send the original/certified copy/photocopy of I-797 (H1/H4) approval notice?

2) Do they return back all the documents that we send?

3) If our original I-94 has expired and we have the new I-797 approval notice (having a valid I-94), do we need to send in the expired I-94 attached to the passport or should we just send in the new I-797 approval notice?

If just sending in the new I-797 approval notice, should we tear-off the I-94 and attach it to the passport?
