Visa required for Mexico ?

I am currently working in my EAD card and have Advance Parole as well.
6 yrs on my H1 visa have expired but I have not filed for 7th year extension since I am working on EAD.

I am planning to visit Mexico in December . Do I need to apply for a visitors visa for Mexico ? Can I visit Mexico since I have AP ? I would not want to leave the country if its going to be an issue coming back in.

I dont know of this is the right place for this posting , but would appreciate a response .

mexico will not let you in if you dont have a green card or a us citizenship. i dont think that ap qualifies. my guess is that you will need a visa. a friend went to mexico 2 months ago, and they were very strict with their requirements.check out their consular sites on line as well they will have more info.
