Valid passport and a valid nonimmigrant visa is required for a permanent resident of Canada who is a citizen of British Commomnwealth Country from March 17th 2003

So it finally came. I dfon't know what will happen next..............May be Visa for Canadian citizen as well..

so this means a canadian PR with an indian passport has to obtain a visitor or tourist visa to enter into the US? instead of walking through into the US with your PR card and indian passport? so is this something you need to get every 6 months if you have relatives or friends that you need to visit in the US? oh boy.... tough rules coming up....

does this rule hold for PR's of US that have indian passport to enter canada? or in other words, does canada proposing to bring in any such law/rule? just curious to know if relative or friends from US can visit canadian PR's in canada? any ideas.....
