I need your help...

I was with COMPANY A for last 2.5 years in USA. I joined COMPANY B & applied for Visa transfer + Visa Extension. I got approval [Stamping is not done]
Now I want to join COMPANY C. so...
[As I got my extension approved, I dont need to apply for visa extension]

1] What will be procedure for Employer Transfer ?
2] What is fee for visa renewal & how much time it takes ?
3] What is fee for EXCELLERATED Visa renewal & how much time it takes ?

Most Important....
4] I heard that VISA STAMPING CENTER, ST. LOUIS is going to close from 16th july, 2004. IS IT RIGHT INFO. ?

---if you have H1 for particular employer start working with them the HR will let you know

Do you mean Premium Processing for filing a new/extension of H1B?

If so,Premium Processing fee = $1,000 extra besides the regular filing fee.

Supposed to be approved/denied/RFE issued within 15 days of receipt, else
$1,000 will be returned.

There is no EXCELLERATED Visa renewal.

Cumon buddy, you have been working in the US for 2.5 years, changed quite a few employers too!

P.S.: RFE = Request For (additional) Evidence.
