Hi All,

My friend already got GC about 1 Year ago and now he has looked a girl to marry who is working in Vetenery Medical Research Industry in abroad. What are the best possible ways to bring the spouse into USA on any visa and apply for the GC in USA?. She can apply for H1B too. But since the girl from Vetenery Medical Research Industry, how about the chances?

The best way to get her here is H1 or L1 visa. I have no idea about her chances.
