I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask this question.
Mine(Employment based) and my wife's(derivative) 485 applications are pending. I am going to invite my in-laws to visit us. I am in the process of filling I134 affidavit of support. I would appreciate if anyone can suggest me how best to answer the following questions:
9. That I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s). If none, state none.
10. That I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on behalf of the
following person(s). If none, state none.
Do our 485 applications have to be included for question 10, and does the affidavit of support I provided for my wife while filing for her 485 have to be mentioned in the answer for question 9 ? I read somewhere that these are concerned with family based immigration, and for EB categories need not be mentioned.
