Visa on PP got expired more than 1 year

Hi,

visa stamped on pp got expired 1 year back.

As per http://www.travel.state.gov/hlop.html " If your visa has expired, the Visa Office accepts applications for visa revalidation only if the visa is within one year of its expiration date. "

Is anybody faced similar pb? what is the solution?

When you travel outside US, get to a US consulate and get the renewal stamp. If the consulate is not your home country, you need to get an appointment. As far as local authorities are concerned you can use the I94 that came with the new approval as proof of status.
