Visa Numbers distribution

Hi All,
Out of the total 26,211 visa numbers available for Indian nationals, how many of them will be for EB-2,EB-3 etc categories ? Will it be 7% of each category or 7% overall?

Thanks, I understand that, but my question was.. is it 7% of EB2 quota, 7% of EB3 quota etc or is it 7% regardless of any category.
 
I do not think they disclose the breakdown in each category. They just say visa number for each national does not exceed 7% of overall quota.
