There is no fee to enter the DV lottery. Sites that collect fees are scams.

Sounds like a SCAM. Caz it doesn't make sense charging 30$ each for processing less no. of entries. In other words charging to do less amount of work. Plus there isn't any such news on travel.state website or the kcc or even the entrance check website.

On the other hand if the entries are less compared to previous years then more chances for ppl who applied this year.
