visa issuance.

i'm a winner of dv lottery 2011, i went for my interview a week ago but i was asked to provide another document for visa issuance. I got that document now, and i need to go hand it in next week. has anyone experienced something like this before? if yes, do you think or were you issued the visa right away after you handed in the document?

just to clarify it, this is not like "processing"...

what docs that hold your visa issuance ? do not worry thing will go fine

They will take the document and then if it is correct your visa must be printed into your passport. It is usually less than a week.
