VISA Interview at KOLKATA and I-485 pending

Hello Friends,

I am leaving for INDIA tomorrow and planned to come back on H1B. I did not apply for a AP. I had to fill the form 156 to schedule a VISA interview and I informed them I have a pending immigrant visa application.

I hope that won't be a problem. I had a self petition filing and I mentioned that. Little nervus too. Advise if you have any.
My I-140-NIW is approved and I-485 pending for 6 months. My travel was unavoidable.

I welcome your advise.

------------- pending I-485 is not a problem for H1 as H1 is Dual Intent. Having valid AP in hand is always safe if anything goes wrong. Bhola to bahut bhola hai....just saving few.. for having AP
