visa for child of permant resident

I am a PR in the states for 3 year. Does anyone know if there is a Visa I can get for my daughter while waiting for the immigration process for her greeencard.

she is under 21 not married

tourist visa. And, perhaps, V visa, if she qualifies - V visa has a bunch of restrictions.

follow-to-join in home country

I used the follow-to-join procedure in the home country and I have the interview on jan.20. I started the procedure in sept'04. A friend of mine did the same and he got his daughter in US in 3 months.
We just sent the documents over to the US Embassy (copy of I551 stamp, I140 approval, birth certificate, marriage certificate) and they had us come for the interview with the originals and forms I230, I134, and I864.
