Hi Gurus,

I have very delicate situation.

I am a Permanent Resident (PR) for 3 years. I got married to a H1-B visa holder in USA. The marriage was a very simple with just couple of friends.

My wife got pregnant and we chose to have our baby in the home country to be close to our families.

My question is:

What should I do to get my child back to USA.

I have been following some forums and I got the following NOTE from

http://www.4uth.gov.ua/usa/english/travel/visa/vo_faq.htm#ca34

Department of State
Bureau of Consular Affairs

The Note Says:

"A child born abroad of legal permanent resident parents may enter the U.S. without a visa provided the child is accompanied by a parent upon that parent's initial return to the U.S. within two years of the child's birth with documentation showing the parent-child relationship."

Am I eligible for this as I am a Permanent Resident and my wife is on H1-B visa?

What other options do I have ?

Can anyone please clear this for me?

Thanks,
Koshish
