Hi guys,
I am back to a cool forum where everybody helps each other on various issues related US Immigration and VISAs.
Well, I have an approved H1B Petition and have been working in US for a long time, since it was approved.
I am travelling to India, Mumbai for VISA Stamping.
The web site of US consulate at Mumbai have states that two type os VISA fees need to be paid.
One is VISA Applicationa nd the other one is VISA Issuance.
DO I need to pau both of these fees ?
OR
Should I only pay VISA Issuance fees ?
SI VISA Application fee related to "H1B Petition" or the actual "VISA application" after Petition is approved.
Also , it will be great to know the experiences of H1B VISAs , issued at US consulate in Mumbai.
what is the current processing time and when do u get the interview / appoint ment date once, application has been handed them.
