I have have received an approval notice for O1 visa extention request. My employer has received the for I-797/A with relative I-94# form stating the extention approval. I am in need to travel from USA for a week and I don't know if I need to schedule an appointment with a USA embassy abroad to have a new visa stamping (my previous one expired 09/09) or I just don't need to as member of DHS are stating? I don't want to risk to be sent back to Italy when I return to USA but at the same time I don't want to schedule an appointment if I don't really need to.
