Visa Extension Denies, got DV interview next week ?

Hello friends,

I came to a exteemly difficult position now. My leave to remain visa extension denies just 1 weeks ago. I did appeal against the decision and haven't received hearing date yet. Now, I have DV interview next week in London - what to say on interview ? Have I go chance to get success in this situation ? I made every document ready and now...... I got my passport back after 3 and half month. it's too late to change CP venue too.


Pls help.

Thanks Tazmania for giving me bit hope. Is there any logic for consular not get convince ? After all I am attending interview as a eligibility of country of origin not visa national ??? Isn't it ?

Is there any thing I have to answer to Consular's question eg. you don't have visa to leave to remain for this country !

us embassy has nothing to do with your status in a foreign country, that is what us embassy wrote me back after i asked them more or less the same question but only in DV case!
