Visa Extension and validation

Hi. I am extending my wife's visa and has got evrything except one little confusion

1. should I attach the mailing label which comes with I539 form. It says attach this if required to submit the original form I-94.

I am already attaching my wifes I-94 copies . Getting little confused here.

2. Regarding my visa stamping should I send it together with my wife's visa or I can wait till she gets her visa extended. My visa ends in Dec of 2004.

----- you are extending H4 status from BCIS or revalidating the Visa stamp in passport from DOS? I think you want to extend her H4 status from BCIS

- -----You have to attach copy of your I-94 and copy of your wife I-94 (both the side of I-94) and copy of your H1 approval, employer letter and your 2-3 recent pay stubs and copy of her passport pages if you are extending your wife H4 status from BCIS and fee is $140

---- Your H1b is going to expire in DEC 2004, you can only send your H1 extension to BCIS 6 months advance of expiry date. You should extend you wife H4 before her I-94 expires
