I am living overseas and in the process of completing the DS260 Application for my spouse and I am at the question:
Have you ever been issued a U.S. Visa?
The answer is yes as I have previously completed this same process and obtained an IR1 visa for my spouse but we were not able to relocate to the USA at that time. However, I don't see any IR1 visas in the drop down list. The closest thing I see is SPOUSE OF A U.S. CITIZEN (K3). Should I use this one? Please see snapshot for more details.
