Visa Bulletin

I am on F3 category and my priority date is October 2000. I have been noticed that in last 4 months, visa bulletin has been progressed by only 1 month in my category. According to April 2008 visa bulletin, current processing date is May 22, 2008. Though it seems that I am only 5 months behind the current date, the reality is I might be 5*4 = 20 months behind. Could you please let me know how looooooooong will it take to become current?
