I am Canadian (Dairy Scientist by profession) with concurrent pending
I-140/485 application. Based on the latest Visa Bulletin for April 2008, the EB-3 categaory for the Philippines is July 2005. Obviously past my PD which is September 2003. Assuming that I have already an approved I-140, does it mean that I will be finally be given the green card? I would greatly appreciate it if someone in this forum could clarify on this issue. Thank you.
