Hi there
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm when you just take a look to the Visa Bulletin

http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_3100.html

Difference between 2B -4th Preference
in All Charge- ability Areas Except Those Listed almost 1 year I don’t find this make sense ???like if your brother petition for you ,or your mother petition for you it will be almost the same
just from JAN 96 TO APR 97 ALMOST 1 YEAR
which is not big time
OTHER hand
in All Charge- ability Areas Except Those Listed
is that mean that all the world except those listed have the same date ,like if you are in south Africa or in the middle east or in Australia you will receive your immigrant visa in the same date .no difference between the countries in the hole world except (CHINA-mainland born, INDIA, MEXICO, and PHILIPPINES.)

?????

Kind regards

For 2B category you have to remain unmarried. For 4th category it doesn't matter.

Yes, the priority dates are the same for most countries. It does not mean that people with the same priority date are getting visas on the same date in different countries.

((((It does not mean that people with the same priority date are getting visas on the same date in different countries.))))

thats mean if my mum petition for me " 2B " while i am in jordan and
somebody have the same situation " same date" but he is in UK
maybe i will take my immigrant visa before him ,or the opposite :D
LucyMO highly appreciated

it will all depend on how soon your service center sends your particular application to the National visa center, and NVC - to the consulate, and how quickly the consulate will make an interview appointment for you. Now you see - even if you in Jordan and some dude in UK have the same priority date on your I-130, that does not mean that you will get the visa on the same day. Plus, you can always get stuck in a security check phase.
