Visa Bulletin out - NO CHANGE AT ALL

Now they want to increase fee to collect more money. Shame on the government to exploit from immigrants.

1) They should at least tell the approximate time for a case based on the existing pending cases. (So we don't have to look at each month get depressed)

2) They may have to add time along with date. (then we may see some movement)
 
They sort of do tell you this time when your case will be processed! Maybe 2010! Read under section E) in the visa bulletin; it has not been there before.

Of course, it will become U next month or May at the latest, just like it has been for the past couple of years - first half of the year little or no movement, second half of the year Unavailable.
