Visa bulletin out ...everything is current...Not fair for people waiting.

Hello All,
I personally think it is not fair for them to make it current. This is opening the gates for the people who came in to USA recently and applying on purchased labor certifcates...very un fair considering the number of people who have already applied and waiting...;-(

We have been waiting since 2001. I already have seen enough number of cases getting approved with very recent dates...;-(

nothing is goin to happen

I guess, nothing is going to happen for people who filed recently. All this is to clean old cases and within 2 months back to origin. Also USCIS desperately need money I think.

True

I agree. USCIS should first clean up the existing backlog mess before admitting new applications. These new applications will now cause unnecessary case load for 485, AP and EADs, further deteriorating the already untimely processing of applications.

Resources will be strained and people that are already stuck in the process will be further penalized.

Extremely disappointing !
 
My guess is they are giving the old cases a chance to file their 485s before the fee increase. or maybe a comp glitch.
 
Not Fair.... AT ALL no First In First Out

This is really Crazy....

People are waiting form 2001 for GC and these guys have open flood gates.. and I have been seeing approvals for 2003 / 2004 cases.. and no wonder they will approve next month cases also.. with in a month times.

Where is the Justice?

Not sure.. how this kind of advanced country can do things like this very happazzard with out proper process and procedures.

Not sure what they are up to..

Probally they will get more papers on illegals now..

only thing they have to outsource this process to India / China.. to move things fast.

Dont know if we need to laugh or cry at these people procedure and process..

Hope things will go as First In First Out which is ethical and justification way to move things.

Hope some one from high level of USCIS looks at my message and take necessary actions and set right there process and procedures..

no other words to explain this Irony of Life..

As if USCIS needs someone to tell 'em about their broken system !!!
Send an email to the uscis complaint id .... I am sure they have a .forward that sends all incoming to /dev/null - but hey what the heck !
