Visa Bulletin for September has been published

where are DV-2008 results? you know the ones they always released in August bulletin with numbers of winning people from different countries?
 
Blackgerman is smart. Good to hear that the Sept Bulletin is out and statistics of DV 2008 will be sent out within the next two days.
 
On the Sept visa bulletin - in the Europe section there is no number showing.
Does that mean that everyone who had an EU number in DV-2007 gets/got an interview?

the last number for Europe you will find in Visa bulletin July 2007. The number is 23000 except Ukraine which is 13700

Yes, sort of! Anyone may proceed to the interview. This should mean that everyone gets a letter being called for the second interview. But the process will be terminated once all the available visas for Europe are allocated, (or once the country limit is reached in the case of some countries, specially Ukrain) For anyone who hadn't had an interview by then, an interview will be pointless.
