visa bulletin for May 2006 is out !!!

Good news! I will be current next month if I successfully retain my PD. See my signature.

I sent a letter to CIS to retain my PD when my old NIW got approved last June. No response, no LUD. Then on Dec 1 I sent the letter again. On Jan 06, I saw a LUD change on the old NIW. Does it mean that CIS look at my old NIW case and change my PD? Does somone have any idea?
