Visa Bulletin For December 2005

Al_aos.............many people who filed LC in 2002 are still waiting....but their PD is 2002........it is the LC filed/receipt date.......not approved date...
 
ashton_kutcher.........i dont know the different steps in 485 processing....but if your pd is current.....as soon you are approved u will get visa/GC.......try to find out the processing times from 485 forums...

Yes you are right as soon as PD becomes current i know it will be processed , I was wondering since cut of date for EB3 is 03/15/2001 and my PD is 03/19/2001 (3) dys away and also TSC is currently processing 485 receipt date of 05/16/05 and my RD is 06/02/05 so in a couple of days , let say in Dec they will get to 06/02/05 RD app 485 so I am guessing somthing in Late Dec or early Jan for approval on 485 .
