I guess they may be finding out an old unapproved application and then set a PD before that.

It is really strange that we guys are waiting for I-485 approval vs the other centers are too quick, unbelievable things happen but not with NSC..I can't wait that long with the current employer..?

usacis dosent publish visa bulletin. the state dept publishes it.
