Visa approved in US and stamping in India

I am in US for the past 4 years and have recently moved into a new job. I got my H1 and my family their new H4 approvals recently. Our previous visa stamps on the passport has expired. Need new ones to be able to travel out of US.

Would like to send my family to india on vacation as well as get their visa stamped. I may not be able to make it to India along with them. Have a few queries.

1. Will US embassy in India require my presence to stamp my family H4 visas ?
2. Is ttvisas.com the site to apply for interview from US ? Their online forms are designed to accept applications from India only.
3. Any suggestions or other options ?

---- Your prsesence not required , but your H1 approval notice,Lawyer certified copy of I-129+LCA+ recent 3-4 pay stub copy + your passport pages+ New employer letter will be required from your side

You can apply for the interview (appointment) from US -- but you need to have local address (Indian) to which TTS will send your visa/passport. There are two addresses to be entered, your current address and your shipping address. Make sure you enter them correctly.
