Visa Appointment Schedule

GOOD AFTERNOON TO YOU ALL!!!

I would really appreciate your feedback on the following.

I want to go back to Delhi and schedule my visa interview in the month of September there. However, when I visited U.S Embassy web site, I found that schedule for July & August was there not September.
Could some of you tell me how much time before the schedule is generally made available? As visa interview is made now must, there may be great rush for inteverview scheduling. That is the reason I am a little worried.
