I am currently in US and I have take visa appointment at Montreal consulate for L1 revalidation. When I try to reschedule my appointment I get the following message. What does it mean? I didn't see this message while taking appointment? Can I go to Montreal for visa stamping or I need to book at different consulate? Can some one please let me know if you have come across this situation.
