Visa Appointment in Metomoros

Hello Everyone,
I dont see any dates available for dec or nov in matomoros through http://www.visa-usa.com.mx/. I been trying for a week now. It doesnt show as unavailable or avaiable. All the dates in nov and dec are in white color(Donno what that means). Please suggest me the best time when i can look for dates or should i call the consulate and book dates. Any suggestion appreciated.

I heard from several of my friends that the dates for next month would open sometime around 20th of previous month. Me too waiting for the dates to open. Lets check back around 20th of this month.
