Visa appointment availability in Montreal

Is anybody trying to book an appointment or got an appointment in Montreal recently?

I see "-" for the whole month of August, does this mean they are not processing visa at all?

I've booked Ottawa for Sep 1st, but still would like to go to Montreal.

Any info is much appreciated.

I am also looking at Montreal appointment calendar. I find only "-" against dark yellow background till sep 1st.After Sep 1st I see "-" against light yellow background. Can any one let me know what does that indicate?
