DS-156, 157, 158 has to be filled by EVERYONE. ( H1, J, F1 etc)
The above is only for Nogales, Mexico.
As I said in my previous post, please read the document in this thread, probably at the page 2 or 3 , posted by me few weeks back.

Suggestion:

Interview varies from person to person and previous history. Mine was 8th year extension and asked for Green Card proff. Didn't have other than I-140 filing copy from USCIS website. Asked about work exp. and took original client letter. If possible, take a letter from client where you work so that it may help if they ask.

I-94 at border takes 3 to 4 hrs depending on the line otherwise it would be ok.
