Visa Advice needed

Hello ,

I am planning to do CS (step 3 exam in USMLE) in May or June . Could anyone please tell me what are the preparations / documents needed for the Visa for CS.

I have also applied for the Imigration in F1 category (Unmarried son/daughter of US citizen) . Would there be a chance that I wouldnt be given any Visa for CS exam ?

You will have a difficult time getting a B2 visa since you have demonstrated immigration intent.
