Dear All,
Virginia SESA is asking my employer to prove that the skills required on the job description where really necessary for my job.
I am very worried because my case was sent on May 28th, 2002 and only now are they asking questions. Do they often ask questions? Is it a bad sign?
And even if those skills are still important, they are not that important anymore because in 2 years, my position changed a lot.
Did it happen to anyone?
Kyo
